Charlotte is key to the management of the Ruralsafe team and its clients. Managing day to day safety management for a variety of our clients. Producing documents, taking the calls, and supporting clients when things go wrong. Out on site often with teams discussing safety at the coalface within the business to ensure engagement and fun within health and safety. Having a passion to care about people in the workplace and ensure we listen and direct the correct information they need. Charlotte also lives rural with her husband and children and has seen the challenges that can arise for contractors and farming businesses.
